Hakka Noodles one of the most seen Chinese street food found in any city and even i like it a lot but i mostly avoid it eating this out and prefer a home cooked one. From when my daughter has started getting taste for these street food dishes i always make it at home as i am not sure of the hygiene level on most street carts. This is a easy and delicious recipe which takes a very minimal time to be prepared.
