I love parathas and they make for a wholesome lunch accompanied by a bowl of curds or even with a dash of pickle. Different stuffing’s can be used to make a parathas and today i am going to share moong dal parathas. Moong dal is boiled and sauteed in mild spices and stuffed to prepare crispy parathas.

Roll the parathas by applying little flour and dont make them very thin.
Heat a tawa and when hot place the paratha and let cook slighlty on one side.
Then flip over and slightly cook the other side as well.
Spread oil on both the sides of the parathas and roast them nicely till crisp.
Serve hot.
Note.
Addition of g.chilli can be done for a spicier version.
U can replace moong dal with chana dal and follow the same procedure.
